Bejeweled Deluxe is the first in a long series of sequels and remakes, but its underlying idea is the same as in all the rest. In essence, you have to match three or more jewels in order to have them disappear from the board and gain points in return. Although you can do this randomly and hope for the best, it can happen that you run out of possible moves if you are not careful.

The goal of each level is to reach a certain number of points, and that number increases with every stage you manage to beat.
